Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though Originals and High-Value Collectibles requiring custom care may take up to 7–10 days for proper handling. For your protection, all Originals and Collectibles valued over $300) are mandatorily insured for the full sale price. Furthermore, all shipments over a set value (e.g., $500) will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Positive Space Gallery ensures safe transit up to delivery confirmation, but we are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" that are subsequently stolen from the delivery address. Any non-standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, destination, and the inclusion of mandatory insurance and specialized crating fees.
