Is the art I buy authentic?
Absolutely. Most limited edition prints and original works come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to ensure provenance, and most are hand-signed/numbered by the artist. For collectibles like vinyl toys and pins, we only source directly from artists, respected galleries, or authorized manufacturers.

What is a "Limited Edition"?
This means only a specific number of that item will ever be produced. Once an edition of 50 prints or 100 skate decks is sold out, the artist or we will never produce that exact version again, preserving the value of your collection.

The item I want is sold out. Will you get more?
Originals and limited editions are "one and done." However, certain "Open Edition" prints may be restocked. Sign up for our newsletter to get early access to new drops.

How do you ship fragile items?
We take pride in our "over-engineered" packaging. Prints are shipped in heavy-duty tubes or flat-packed with reinforced backing. Vinyl toys and skate decks are double-boxed with ample cushioning to ensure the retail packaging arrives in mint condition. We reduce, reuse, and recycle shipping materials whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT charged by their country upon arrival.

How do I know when my order is ready?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your piece. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in pristine condition. Note: Original artworks and "Final Sale" drop items may be exempt from returns. Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return.

What if my order arrives damaged?
While rare, shipping mishaps happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us photos of the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery so we can process an insurance claim and a replacement or refund for you.

How do I package my return?
Because art and collectibles are fragile, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the item returns to us in its original, pristine condition. * Use Original Packaging: Please reuse the heavy-duty tube or reinforced box your order arrived in.

• Handle with Care: When rolling prints, use acid-free tissue paper and avoid touching the printed surface with bare hands, as skin oils can leave permanent marks.
• Secure the Ends: Ensure there is enough padding (bubble wrap or tissue) at the ends of the tube so the print doesn't "shuttle" back and forth, which leads to crimped edges.

What happens if the return arrives damaged?
We can only issue a refund for items that arrive in resalable condition. If a return is damaged due to poor packaging by the sender, we will be unable to issue a full refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the item.
